Internship...

heyy all!!!
so sorry for being absent for almost 2 weeks...

hmm...
there are a lot of experience i've got in these 2 weeks..
awesome!!!

sept 9:
"malam takbiran"

huhu,,i missed this moment..
you know, it's hard to find a mosque in manila city...
that's why i can't find "takbiran" moment here..
so sad..T_T
But, fortunately i have a really good friend here..
they tried to make me better..
we went to a wonderful place and having dinner together..
the place was really good!
i can see all manila views from there..
really nice....:)

sept 10:
"eid mubarak"

it was a pity that i can't celebrate this moment with my parent..:'(
huhu...
but i feel the experience!!
i went to the only mosque in manila
it was in quiapo
but, unfortunately,, we were late...:(
we can't join id pray
but otherwise, we were very happy to see many moslem there...:)

sept11:
"ateneo vs feu"

we went to watch basket ball match in araneta colasioum
it was a really2 big event here!!!
we were supporter for ateneo!!
but unfortunately we loose the game..:(

sept12,13,14,15:
"trip to cebu!"

yeayy...
natalia,patric,allevia,corwyn and I will have a vacation..
we have a trip to cebu!!!
it's a wonderful place to visit in philippines!

we went to many tourism here..
white beach, palaksama beach, and waterfall in moalboal
and the last day, we went to bohol island...
river boat lunch,chocky hills,tersier,phyton,and some other place...
it was really fun and amazing!!!

sept 16,17,18,19
"hospital"

3 of us have to be hospitalized because of dengue...:'(
they were julia,sven, and patric...
it was so sad...
natalia,corwyn and I have to visit them every day and take care of them...
thanks God, we're healthy..
:)
But corwyn has to leave, back to china on saturday..

so sad...:'(
allevia also has to leave to indonesia because of dengue...:'(
huhu...

Sept 20:
"end of dengue and the session!!!"

yeayy,,finally patric,sven,and julia free from dengue!
really glad to know that..:D

and,, at night..
natalia and I have to be speaker for a session in ateneo!
whoo,,it's my first experience..
little bit nervous at the beginning but really satisfied in the end...:)

Sept 21:
"bad day"

it wasn't good at all...:(
i was stolen because of my fault..
shit! :(

Sept 22:
"time to work!"

natalia and I went to have meeting with someone about our project..
and now,,we got a new house!!
this is my first night here..
i hope it could be nice...^^

Internship...

here i am...:)

yesterday was so awesome...
okay, i will just combine my experience for yesterday and this day..
because i don't have enough time to type it every day...
hehe

okay,
you know, last night i went to the green hills
it's such a good part of manila city..
there were many malls, cinemas, and other entertaining places...
I went there with natalia, corwyn, patric, and allevia...

finally i found soe other moslem there and wearing veil,,

we play bowling and bilyard...
whooo,, it's cool...
i just feel safe where ever i go with them..
no need to worry...:)

we have some photos last night..^^
it was really really fun!

then, today...
sven,allevia and I went to some school and church to offer our HIVE project..
they were very welcome, excited, and also interested in our project..
yeahh,,we're successfully make a deal to have a session in that school with more than 400 participants...!!!
great job...^^

okay, now i'm waiting for my welcoming dinner and party tonight...
it must be fun...^^

Internship

Sorry,,,
i didn't post any experience yesterday..
yaa, it's because i was so tired last night...

Okay,,
i just wanna tell you that yesterday was a great day..
i got a new friend from Germany,
Patric poeschel..
he just arrived at 2 p.m
welcome patric...^^

then, at 4.30, we have a meeting with OC team of HIVE-project at Ateneo de Manila University...

Finally,, i met them...:)
it's really nice to know them...

the meeting was over at 6.00 p.m
so, we decided to have a dinner together..

After having dinner, we went to the super market..
we bought some of the needs for several days, like milk, rice, bread, pasta, cereals, vegetables, etc...

in the supermarket, we got a free cup of coffee..
haha
nice..:)

After arriving at home, we found Enri (a trainee from chuna) was packing his staff!
ouhh,, he wanna go back to China...
so, spent the night together..
the last night with him..
so sad...T_T

we also planned for our trip to Cebu this weekend
corwyn managed it so well
we have booked the ticket for flight!
Yahh,, can't waiting too long for that wonderful trip...^^

Internship...

Hyaa....
It's my second day in philippines...
having so much fun and experience today..^^

in the afternoon,, we walked around...
Julia guide us to see everything..:)
nice...^^

at 4.30 we have a section in a church..
whoo,, such a new experience..
but it was quite fun..
the people are so kind and friendly...
so, i don't have to feel not good being among them..

when i come back home,,
i meet with the other trainees...^^
they just came back from their trip to boraca...:)

they were..
-natalia : a girl from polland
-Enri : a guy from China
-sven: from Germany...^^
-Corwyn: from hongkong...

hwaa,, they were so friendly and welcome...
really feel comfortable and feel like home here...:)

Tomorrow,, we gonna have meeting about our project with another aiesecer from Ateneo...

Internship...

Hey..Hey..Hey...
here i will share about my precious experience...^^

it's all about my internship in Aiesec Ateneo de Manila, Philippines
for HIVE project...

I came here with my partner Allevia..
we came together from Indonesia..
we took AirAsia for flight..
Padang-KL-Clark

The journey began on 9/3
Our departure from Indonesia was running well
arrived in KL at 10.45

Then we took a bus to KL central to meet and have a look around with Belinda, Fikri and Sanz.. (they were ex-Trainee in Indonesia several months ago)
we're really enjoy the trip...:)

Then after walking around KLCC,pasar seni,China Town, etc...
we came back to LCCT for breaking fasting...

Then we spent the night in the Airport together..
hohoho...^o^

Then in the early morning of sept,4th
we had to check in for the flight to philippines...
before flight, i met with retno (jijek), adel, and kk lani..
they just arrived from India..
huhu, miss them so much..

After sharing with them, we have to leave...
we got in to the airplane at 7.25
then arrived in Clark at 11.20...
almost 4 hours in the airplane..
hoho...

Philippines people were so kind and friendly..
They're pleased to help any foreigner..:)
i feel comfortable with them...:D

When the first time i came out the airport, i saw a public transportation like "angkot" in Indonesia..
But, it has a unique and antique style...
weww, it called "geepney"
I never took a geepney here, but maybe one day i will..:)
But I think "angkot" is more comfortable..
hahhaa

okay,, return to the journey...
from airport to Manila, we took a bus
named "PhilTranco"
it takes 2 hours for arrival in Manila city
we dropped at Mega Mall, because the manager of Aiesec here will pick us there...

Almost 1 hour waiting..
because there was some miscommunication..
but, it's okay
Ishi and eddie tried hard to do their best..
they were very kind and friendly...:)

Then, they bring us turn around Manila
come to see Ateneo,, and find some food..
And finally, come to the Trainee house that we will live in...^^

Now,, I'm gonnal tell you about our house...

the first time i come in, i was shocked by the dog yelling..
hoho...
then when we come into the house, OMG...
it was so untidy...!!
bule...bule...
ckckckck

Butthe house is quite nice with the complete facilities..
we have WiFi here, televition, refrigerator, gas burner, fan, air conditioner, rice cooker,and enough water..
so lucky..^^

Then, we came to our room
we cleaned up and tidy up the room and our staff
and make it comfortable...:)

After that we take a bath..
and become Fresh!!
Then, we have a meal when maghrib coming..
we break our fasting
"actually i'm not fasting for this week,,;)"

hmm...
okay..
several hour after having dinner, some one was coming!!

yeaayy,,
she was Julia..
the first trainee we meet here..
she was very beautiful and friendly..
smart also..
energic
i like her so much...^^

we spent the night by sharing together...
it was fun..
But at 10 a.m she has to go for a party with her friend who also come from Austria..
she invite us, but we're still tired actually..
so we don't come with her to the party...

And then,, yahh...
we just spent the night by chatting and calling our family in Indonesia..
so happy to hear their voice and looking at them in the video..

I go to bed at 1 a.m

that's all my first day in philippines...
